Intern Description for Students
The incumbent will be in charge of coming up with solutions to minor technical issues. Technical principles, theories, and concepts are used and applied in a restricted way by him. The work is watched over closely. To execute the assignment, the incumbent should be given clear and thorough instructions. Performs assignments that require the application of standard methodologies, procedures, and criteria in completing a series of related engineering tasks in order to build professional engineering work knowledge and abilities.
Duties Include
Conduct analyses that necessitate the use of engineering principles on a regular basis.
Use computer-based drafting tools (CATIA and/or IAI Harkness's/Mentor Graphics) to create engineering drawings for avionics and electrical system interface cabling.
Will write technical descriptions of subjects related to design or test requirements. (Supplier part descriptions, test or rigging specifications, and so on.)
Competencies in Technology
It is advantageous to have prior experience with drafting software such as CATIA V5/V6.
It would be advantageous if you had prior expertise designing mechanical and/or electrical systems.
Technical analysis skills for structures, components, and systems are extremely strong.
The candidate must be able to operate as part of a team and communicate properly with peers, management, and certification authorities about their thoughts and ideas.
