Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from an Indian university or a certificate recognized by the government as equivalent.
- In Hindi shorthand and Hindi typewriting, a minimum speed of eighty and twenty-five words per minute is required.
- Must have computer skills in line with the following: (a) the course provided for the DOEACC Society's certificate course in computing (CCC). Alternatively, (b) the course offered by the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education, or a programme recognised by the government as equivalent.
