TET Qualification in Arunachal Pradesh for 2021
Level One: Primary (Class I to V)
As of January 1, 2021, the maximum age is 30. (age relaxation to APST candidates as per norms).
Qualifications in school:
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a 50% grade point average and a two-year Elementary Education Diploma (by whatever name known).
OR Senior Secondary (or similar) with at least 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed) OR Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 500/o grades and a 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR Graduation and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education
Teacher of Upper Primary (Class Vl to Vlll)
As of January 1, 2021, the maximum age limit is 35. (age relaxation to APST candidates as per norms)
Qualifications in school: A bachelor's degree and a two-year elementary education certificate are required.
OR
Bachelor's degree in education with a minimum of 50% grades and a minimum of one year of experience (B.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a minimum of 500/0 and a four-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed)
OR
Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% grades and a 4-year B.A-B.Ed./ B.Sc. B. Ed
Reservation
Relaxation of up to 5% in qualifying marks for reserved candidates, as per State Govt. guidelines. Only D. El. Ed./B.Ed. courses from NCTE-accredited institutions and the Rehabilitation Council of India's (RCI) Diploma in Special Education and B.Ed. (Special Education) will be considered.
