Madras High Court Recruitment 2021 – Educational Qualifications For 2021 - 37 Posts

The candidate must be a law graduate (under the 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern) from one of the Indian Union's approved universities, as well as a member of the Bar Council of India for admission as an Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.
  • Candidates who have passed all of their exams while studying law during the course of their studies are the only ones who are qualified to apply.
  • Only candidates who graduated with a law degree in the academic years 2019-2020 or 2020-2021 are eligible to apply for the position of Law Clerk to the Hon'ble Judges.
  • Candidates pursuing a postgraduate degree in law or any other degree or programme that requires compulsory attendance elsewhere are ineligible for the position of Law Clerk.

As of July 1, 2021, you must not have reached the age of 30.

Madras High Court Law Clerk Salary For 2021 - 37 Posts

For their assignment, each Law Clerk would receive a monthly honorarium of Rs.30,000/­ (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only).
