Responsible for contributing to Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational Due Diligence projects.
MBA or CA Must have experience in at least one of the following - Strategy and Synergy assessment and tracking - Process and control mapping and design - Program/ Project Management - MIS and Reporting - Finance function experience Desirable to have experience in running large scale cross-functional transformation programs Prior consulting experience desirable. At times required to interact with Clients.
Good comm skills.
