- Travel to different customer locations to perform the following services:
- Installation of Electric and pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers at customer sites involving software & electronic work
- Managing Annual Maintenance contracts with customers
- Conducting preventive maintenance services, including electromechanical tasks
- Performing tool calibration (Nutrunners)
- Conducting Health check-up activity for Desoutter's products at customer sites
- Addressing breakdown calls at customer sites and providing solutions
- Maintain updated tool data for assigned customers on the operations portal, SPIRIT
- Provide training to customers on Desoutter products
