- Preference will be given to candidates possessing a B.Com degree or any higher degree in the field of commerce.

- Age should not be less than 18 years for any category of candidates.
- For General category candidates – The age should not be more than 37 years
- For SC and Backward classes of the state of Punjab the maximum age limit shall be 42 years
