1. Secretary
- Degree with HDC&BM with seven years of experience (or)
- B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University with five years of experience. (or)
- Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or M.Com with Finance as the main subject or Membership in Chartered accountants of India with three years experience (or)
- B.Com (Co-operation)with seven years of experience
2. Assistant Secretary
- Degree with at least 50% marks and
- Higher Diploma in Co-operatives (or)
- Subordinate (Junior) personnel co-operative training course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) or BA from Kerala Agricultural University, B.Com with at least 50% marks or M.Sc.
3. Junior Clerk/ Cashier
- 10th and subordinate personal cooperative training course (Junior Diploma in Co-operation) and a B.Com degree in Co-operation as an optional subject, or a degree in Co-operative Higher Diploma from any recognized University (HDC or HDC & BM of the Kerala State Co-operative Union, or HDC or HDCM of the National Council for Co-operative Training) or B.Sc (Cooperation & banking) from Kerala Agricultural University.
4. System Administrator
- First-class B.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics and Communication Engineering/ MCA/ MSc (Computer Science or IT).
- Minimum working experience of 3 years
5. Data Entry Operator
- Degree from a recognized university
