- A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD or MS (or)
- M.H.A. (Masters in Hospital Administration) or a post Graduate Degree recognized as equivalent to M.H.A
- 10 years of experience in Hospital Administration
Financial Adviser
- Officers under the Central/ State/ U.T. Governments/ Universities/ Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies or Research & Development Organizations
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis. OR
- With 5 years of regular service from Group-A Organized Accounts Services OR
- Officers with 5 years regular service at the level of Deputy Secretary of Central Government and having 3 years experience in the field of Finance & Accounts.
