Teaching Faculty:
As per NMC/ MCI Guidelines
Super Speciality Specialist:
- A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of Section 13 of Indian Medical Council, 1956 (102 of 1956)
- Post Graduate Degree/ Experience in the concerned super specialty.
Super Speciality Specialist (Full-Time/ Part-Time) (Senior Scale):
- A recognized MBBS degree qualification is included in the first schedule or second Schedule or Part 2 of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part 2 of the third schedule should also fulfill Subsection (3) of Section 13 of Indian Medical Council, 1956 (102 of 1956)
- Post Graduate Degree in concerned super-specialty.
- 5 years experience in the concerned super-specialty after obtaining the First Post Graduate degree.
- Note: In case of Holders of Doctorate of Medicine (DM) or Masters of Chirurgical (M.Ch) qualification of five-year duration, the period of senior Postgraduate residency rendered in the last part of said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M) or Masters of Chirurgical (M.Chi) shall be counted towards the requirement of experience.
Adjunct Faculty:
- MBBS with PG (MD/ DNB) in concerned specialty from a recognized University with 8 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG Degree.
- Senior Residents
- PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from Recognized University. The candidate should have valid MCI registration.

Teaching Faculty
- SRESTA scale for retired Army medical teachers Consolidated remuneration of Professor (up to Rs. 2.2 lakh), Associate Professor (up to Rs. 1.88 lakh), Assistant Professor (up to Rs. 1.42 lakh) will be paid based on experience. Consolidated remuneration (other than retired Army medical teachers) of Professor (Rs. 177000/-), Associate Professor (Rs. 116000/-), Assistant Professor (Rs. 101000/-) will be paid.
Super Specialist (Full Time)
- Entry level-200000/-
- Consultant Senior level – Rs. 240000/-
Super Specialist (Part-Time)
- Entry-level – Rs. 100000/-
- Consultant Senior level- Rs. 150000/-
- Rs. 20000/- per month for visiting charges in case of emergency call after schedule duty timings subject to requirement emergency call.
- Rs. 1500 for every additional remuneration beyond 16 hours/ Week
- No Other Allowances will be Paid
Adjunct Faculty
- Director Professor/ Professor – Rs 6000/- per day
- Additional/ Associate Professor Rs 4000/- per day
- Each Adjunct faculty will be required to conduct a minimum of 03 sessions of 3 hours duration a month.
Senior Resident
- Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + NPA (pre-revised) + other allowances as admissible under the rules per month.
