Description of the Position
In Pune, India, the Red Hat Products and Technologies Customer Experience and Operations (Pant Canoe) team is recruiting for a Technical Training Content Developer Intern. You'll design and develop training courses for Red Hat's enterprise offers and solutions in this role. Red Hat's colleagues and support partners will be your primary target audience. As a Technical Training Content Developer Inter, you'll work with subject matter experts and technical support associates, learn how to create and arrange a course, and ensure that materials are up to date. You'll be working in a fast-paced atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for advancement.
Duties of the Job
Develop technical training materials focusing on Red Hat's products, support methodology, and tools for technical audiences.
Create brand-consistent training materials and assessments.
Using a virtual lab environment, develop lab-based training.
As needed, collaborate with other content creators to improve developer processes, tooling, and quality assurance testing.
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies, as well as a high level of enthusiasm, eagerness, and adaptability.
Training best practises, learning objectives, and general training techniques are discussed with various teams within the Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) team.
Make a training based on video.
Abilities Required
A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, or comparable professional experience is required.
Technical writing skills are a plus. Basic professional writing skills are required.
Basic knowledge of how to create instructional materials for a technical audience or training in this area.
Working knowledge of content authoring software and version control systems is a plus.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills across multiple functions.
Ability to swiftly pick up new tools and processes with little or no instruction.
It's a plus if you've created classroom or online training materials before.
