The following criteria will be used to make selections on a merit-based basis:
A total of 100 points will be awarded, with 90 points based on qualifying exam performance and 10 points for age. For each completed year of age, 0.5 point will be granted, up to a maximum of ten points.
For openness and to allow for objections, a merit list will be developed based on the scores achieved using the above criteria and posted on the District Collector's official website.
