- Graduation or a government-designated equivalent qualification, as well as a "O" level or higher-level certificate administered by the Department of Electronics Accreditation Government of India (DOEACC) under the supervision of the Department of Electronics, Government of India. Alternatively, a Certificate of Computer Operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) course offered by the National Council of Vocational Training Scheme (National Council)/ State Council (State Council) Alternatively.
- Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application from an Indian university or a government-approved institution.
- Or a certificate from the Rajasthan State Certificate in Information Technology (RS-CIT) course, which is run by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University in Kota under the auspices of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.
