SBI Jobs Opening Eligibility Criteria & Qualification:
Special Management Executive - CA / ICWA / ACS / MBA in Finance or 2 years PG Diploma in Finance The course must be 2 years full time. The course, which was completed by correspondence / part-time, is not eligible. The institute must be recognized /
approved by government agencies / AICTE)
Experience: At least 5 years of experience after the qualification (as at 31.12.2017) as a manager in supervisory / management functions: a. In a commercial bank/commercial / planned subsidiary of a commercial bank. OR b. In a public sector or in a financial institution / listed company. Applicants with experience in handling loan applications are preferred.
Deputy General Manager (Law) - Law degree (3 years / 5 years) from a recognized university in India.
Experience: Registered as a lawyer for the Bar Association and with at least 17 years experience as a lawyer in the Legal Department of Commercial Banks or Financial Institutions or the Company for Asset Reconstruction OR combined experience as a lawyer in the Legal Department of the Programmed Commercial Bank and Asset Reconstruction Company and with extensive experience in recovery and recovery Rehabilitation. The experience must be a Registered Lawyer attorney for the Law Society Council.
Deputy General Manager (Law) - Law degree (3 years / 5 years) from a recognized university in India. A degree in law is preferable.
Experience: Lawyer and at least 17 years experience as a lawyer in regular commercial banks as well as deputy director (law) or equivalent in the commercial bank legal department for at least 3 years. The experience must be a Registered Lawyer attorney for the Law Society Council. The equivalence of the publication of a candidate with the Deputy Director-General (Law) in OSE is decided by OSE. The decision of the Bank is final and binding on the applicants.
Deputy Manager (Law) - Bachelor of Law (3 years / 5 years) from a recognized Indian university
Experience: I have registered as a lawyer for the Order's Council and have 4 years experience as a lawyer or legal counsel in the commercial bank legal department. Or 4 years of combined experience as a lawyer and lawyer in the legal department of commercial banks. The experience should be after the registration as a lawyer at the Order Council.
