Job Description :-
performing contact & organization research and update to CRM
performing executive and board members research
supporting business leaders’ CRM queries through centralized mailbox or one-on-one communications
supporting reporting/dashboard needs of business leaders for efficient use of CRM system
maintaining and updating activity tracker for contacts using various sources
managing ad-hoc requests to support various marketing groups
maintaining and updating process documents
delivering services in line with process requirements and ensuring service level agreements are met
providing a customer focused experience through timely and accurate completion of queries and activities
recording and maintaining accurate activity information tracking through to timely closure
Qualification :-
Contact cleansing and data management experience with multiple stakeholders across regions
Working experience of contact, organization, executive & board member research
Experience of developing/producing reports for business leaders
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office suite applications
General understanding of contact & account research, and advance reporting
Ability to manage multiple clients in different time-zones
Advanced competencies in MS Office applications (Advance Excel)
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Exposure to marketing automation and data visualization tools
