What You'll Do
You'll help us bring transformation to life by specifically working on Critical Deal Management across theaters and Cisco architectures in APJC; Distribution, Co-planning with large customers handling customer / partner escalations; driving change via supply chain engagement with key customers, partners and industry verticals. This role would serve as an Analyst / Business Operations Lead for the entire team.

The ideal candidate has expertise in
System capabilities and adoption rate enabled by Kinaxis platform.
*Working on Cisco Critical Deals management process
*Assist with Regional Sales and Operational planning team in demand forecasting
*Perform metrics analysis as required to provide actionable information to end users
*Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities
*Good working knowledge in Kinaxis, Business Objects and Salesforce.com
*Understanding of Supply Chain Operations and planning function
*Working closely with Deal Management office and Customer Partner Experience
*Adhoc reporting as well as business analysis as needed by business
