WBSSC Recruitment Educational Qualification Details :
Qualifications:
Essential:
(i) Master's Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks at the Post Graduate Level, with degree in Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Education/Post Graduate Basic Training from any recognized University or any training recognized by the State Government as equivalent to Bachelor
of Teaching / Bachelor of Education / Post-Graduate Basic Training from a Teachers' Training Institution duly recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) in the
relevant academic session: Provided that the above criteria of marks shall not apply to a
Headmaster/Headmistress already appointed in Jr. High/High/Higher Secondary School prior to publication of these amendments;
(ii) Ten years continuous teaching experience on the last date of submission of application in approved service in a Higher Secondary School/High School/Junior High School recognized
by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education/West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

As per the WBSSC recruitment notification 2017-18, candidates should have minimum education qualification of 12th, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent from a recognized Institute are Eligible to apply WBSSC Recruitment 2017. Candidate should complete his / her 12th, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree in relevant subjects from a recognized University / Institute.
WBSSC Head Master, Head Mistress Opening 2017 Age Limit Details :
Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 55 Years as on 01.07.2017. Accordingly the application must have been born not earlier than 01.01.1996 and not later than 02.01.1976, age relaxation details.Candidate’s Age Limit Should not exceed 55 Years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules applicable for different categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) visit WBSSC official Notification 2017 for more reference.

General/OBC Candidates have to pay Application Fee - Rs.1000/-
