Qualification:
Hands on experience in developing web based solution using latest technologies covering ExtJS or jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5 technology (CSS3, Compass, etc.), object oriented java script and mvc js frameworks like Extjs/angular/backbone
Proficiency using AJAX, JSON, Web Service, SOA and other emerging technologies with rich experience in Sencha Touch / ExtJs / JQuery and well versed with 3 tier architecture /component layer architecture
Ability to work independently, good communication skills, has experience in working on complex and medium to large projects.
Good understanding of SDLC and flair to follow the processes.
An understanding of the fundamentals in object-oriented development, UML and design Patterns
Experience building complex web Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers
Exceptional analytical abilities, creativity and attention to detail
Good team player who is a self-starter and well organized
Good expertise, good in technical analysis/debugging problems/issues,
Experience in designing and architecting medium to complex systems, well versed with design standards & framework
Experience in working on multiple technologies and complex projects
Knowledge in design Patterns.
Mobile development experience would be an added advantage.
Functional and Technical Specs documentation
Candidates with prior experience in Sencha Touch or jQuery mobile or NodeJS will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)
Candidate should be willing to work late in the evening India time on need basis in order to interact with US onshore team and to meet urgent requests by Clients
Skills Required:-
The position is based in India and is required to review the day to day delivery work, ensuring a robust process implementation, identifying project/program delivery risks and work on risk mitigation. This role will report to the Front office Technology Team lead in NY, and have a dotted line to the enclave lead.
Candidate will work independently and is highly self motivated. He will be asked to represent the organization to third parties
Applies skills and knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs
The candidate will work with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources
