Job Description:
Pre Requisite: RHCE: Red hat Linux certification, MySql, Telecom knowledge, Networking Concepts
•Hands On experience on HP OCMP media platform. Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, backups, restoration
•Deployment of Release, patches & fix on Platform. Perform Test cases.
•Maintain Service uptime & SLA as committed.
•Periodic circulation of client specific dashboard.
•Capacity ,Redundancy planning and management
•Connectivity & Application integration with VAS nodes.
•Maintaining Issue tracker with L3 Dev team.
•Root cause analysis & implement recommendations to avoid reoccurrence of similar issue.
•MIS report generation and management.
