Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Business Associate in the Global Procurement (GP) team. Working as a Business Associate in this team, your responsibilities will be:
· Managing content on GP’s Portal and Collaborations sites ensuring they are maintained and up-to-date. This includes general site administration and maintenance as well as future re-developments to the site, accurate content migration from one site to another and bulk document uploading.
· Active in ongoing portal improvement plan
· Implementation and management of all permissions. This includes making live, new content areas or sites within agreed timelines.
· Decommission and delete redundant and out of date sites, content or functionality.
· Review and assign GP Intake Forms.
· Help manage GP mailbox by responding to general queries and directing specific queries to relevant procurement managers or contacts.
· Build and maintain strong business relationships with the Portal Stakeholders and wider GP team.
Qualification :-
· Be an active and collaborative member of the Portal community.
· Support the GP team as the business requires or cover support activities and duties for colleagues when required.
· Manage toolkits, and ensure documents are standardized
· Knowledge of how to measure portal successes (web analytics) and analyze data, making recommendations for improvements; this skill would be an added advantage though not a must have
